Shipments
We ship within Australia and world wide using Australia Parcel post.
All prints are packaged in a strong cardboard tube sealed at both ends with plastic caps then taped.
Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.Postage cost can vary depending on method that you choose.
Returns
- All costs for returns are at the purchaser's expense.
- The print or product must be in it's original condition.
- Prior to returning print or product the purchaser must communicate his or her intentions via phone or email, otherwise print or product will be returned to sender.
- No refund or credit will be given in those circumstances.
- If a refund is requested the cost of handling ,packaging and postage will be deducted.
- This amount will re-imburse me for the time spent in preparing the image for shipping.
